Easy Fat Burning Cucumber Salad

 





Ingredients:

40 g of feta
°250 g of cherry tomatoes
°1 - cucumber
°2 tbsp. olive oil
°20 g of parsley
°1 C. vinegar
°1 - avocado
°1 - red onion
- - salt and pepper

*Preparation

1 - Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
2 - Peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes.
3 - Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, peel it and also dice it.
4 - Peel and chop the onion.
5 - Wash and chop the parsley.
6 - Dice the feta.
7 - Emulsify the oil with the vinegar, salt and pepper.
8 - Assemble all the ingredients in a salad bowl and serve with the vinaigrette on the side.
