Sweet Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken
Doesn’t get any easier than this make ahead recipe, add ingredients to your crockpot and cook on low. Dinner will be ready in 6 to 8 hours. The hardest part of this recipe is the wait. Enjoy
INGREDIENTS
° Pineapple in pieces, with juice 1 can 398 ml
° Brown sugar 45 ml
° reduced sodium soy sauce 60 ml (1/4 cup)
° Red bell pepper 1, minced
Chicken thighs 12, boneless
° 1/2 red onion, minced
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large airtight bag, place the pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, bell pepper, thighs and red onion. Salt and pepper. Close bag and shake. Removing air from bag also seal .
Placing bag flat in freezer.
The day before the meal, let the bag thaw in the refrigerator.
When cooking, transfer the mixture to the slow cooker. Covering also cooked on low about 6 to 7 h .

Cooking Showdown: Gas vs Electric – Which Should You Choose?
wever, households already using gas to heat their homes would have good reason to turn to the gas oven.
KFC COLESLAW
Ingredients :
– Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup
– Sugar: 1/3 cup
– Milk: 1/4 cup
– Buttermilk: 1/4 cup
– Lemon juice: 2 1/2 tablespoons
– White vinegar: 1 1/2 tablespoons
– Salt: 1/2 teaspoon
– Pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
– Cabbage: 8 cups, approx. 1 head (finely chopped)
– Carrot: 1/4 cup, 1 medium (shredded)
– Onion: 2 tablespoons (minced)
Directions :
- To start with, dice finely your cabbage and carrots. (I recommend you to use fine shredder disc on the food processor).
- Cabbage and carrot mixture needs to be poured into a large bowl and stirred in minced onions at this stage.
- Make sure to process remaining ingredients with regular blade on food processor, just until smooth.
- Once done, you’ll want to pour over vegetable mixture and mix thoroughly.
- To finish, cover the bowl and refrigerate for several hours ( preferably overnight) before serving.

BEEF TIPS AND GRAVY
THE INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
2 pounds.Of beef stew meat.
Condensed mushroom soup cream, I used one medium can.
Brown gravy mix, you’ll need one packet.
Beef broth, I used one cup.
A small-sized onion, diced.
2 cloves.Of garlic, minced.
One large spoon.Of cornstarch mixed with a spoon of water.
METHOD OF WORK:
Step 1:
Combine the mushroom soup cream, with gravy mix, beef broth, diced onion, and minced garlic in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Step 2:
Combine all ingredients together, It’s OK if the mixture is a bit lumpy; as it cooks in the slow cooker, the lumps will dissolve and the mixture will be smooth.
Step 3:
Put the stew meat in a 4-quart crockpot and set it on low. Pour the gravy mixture over the steak and gently mix it all together.
Step 4:
Cook for seven hours on LOW with the lid on. Once the meat is done cooking, take it from the pan using a slotted spoon and put it aside.
Step 5:
Incorporate the cornstarch/water mixture into the broth by stirring it in, this will thicken up the gravy.
Step 6:
Replace the meat back into the crockpot and simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened somewhat.
Step 7:
Serve it with egg noodles, cooked rice, or mashed potatoes, it makes a perfect topping.
RECIPE TIPS:
It is important not to overcrowd the pan, since this may result in the meat steaming rather than browning properly. Cook the meat in batches if necessary to prevent the pieces from being too close together when browning.
I’ll sometimes add sliced mushrooms to the onions while I’m making brown gravy since they lend a lovely taste to the sauce.
A drop of heavy cream may be added to the gravy to enhance its richness even more.

Berry Banana Split Recipe
Cracker Barrel Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATIONS
Mini Pineapple Upside Down Cakes
INGREDIENTS:
1 Box yellow cake mix.
1 Can sliced pineapple, drain the juice, and reserve it for later.
12 maraschino cherries.
1 cup packed brown sugar.
1/2 cup canola oil.
1/3 cup melted butter.
3 larges eggs.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1:
I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2:
I cut pineapple slices into small pieces.
Step 3:
I mix the cake mix with oil, reserved juices, and eggs, one at a time, and I beat after each addition with an electric mixer for 4 minutes.
Step 4:
In a separate bowl, I combined the melted butter with packed brown sugar, and I added 2 tablespoons of this mixture in each muffin cup, placed over the mixture pineapple pieces, maraschino cherries halves, and 3 tablespoons of the batter.
Step 5:
I baked the cupcakes for 22 to 28 minutes and removed them from the oven when they change the color to a golden brown.
Serve warm with coffee, it’s the best way for serving them for me. I hope you enjoy your weekend!
