Planet Hollywood Capn Crunch Chicken

 






Ingredients:
Chicken Crunch:
2 c. Cap’n Crunch cereal
6 eggs
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
25 to 30 chicken tenders
3 T. granulated onion
Vegetable oil for deep frying
3 T. granulated garlic
Creole mustard sauce, recipe follows
1 T. pepper

Method:
In food processor, grind cereals until crumbly but some 1/8-inch chunks are still visible. Spread in a shallow pan. In a bowl, combine flour, onion, garlic and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour. Dip in egg mixture, coating evenly. Dredge in cereal mixture, coating well. Arrange on wax paper. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 325 degrees. Deep fry chicken in batches for 3 1/2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain. Makes 4 servings.

Rice Omelette

 









3/4 cup cooked rice
salt to taste
1/2 cup grated cheese
fresh ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup pepperoni — 1/4″ cubes
3 tablespoon butter
8 eggs

In a bowl, with a fork blend the rice, cheese and pepperoni. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl just long enough to mix the whites and yolks; then season lightly with salt and pepper. In a large frying pan or omelet pan, over medium high heat, melt the butter, being sure the entire bottom of the pan is coated.Pour the eggs into the pan and cook for an omelet,lifting the cooked part of the eggs to allow the uncooked part to run under,and shaking the pan when the bottom starts to set. While the top is still moist,spoon the rice filling down the center of the omelet.Fold over,and cook just long enough to heat the filling and melt the cheese.Or,if you prefer,cook individual omelets,using 2 or three eggs per person,and divide the filling among the omelets.Makes 3 to 4 servings

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

 









Ingredients : 


For the caramel:

125g sugar

4 tbsp water

250g caster sugar

150g butter

250g of flour

3 cl of rum

1 lemon

1 packet of dry yeast

500g sliced ​​pineapple, canned

4 eggs


STEP 1

Drain the pineapple slices and keep the syrup. Prepare the caramel.


2ND STEP

Pour it into a cake tin, coat the bottom well. Preheat the oven to 180°C.


STEP 3

Place pineapple slices on the caramel to cover the bottom of the mould. Put the rest of the slices in the blender.


STEP 4


Whisk the eggs with the sugar into a frothy mixture, incorporate the softened butter cut into pieces, the flour, half the rum, the lemon juice, the baking powder and the pineapple purée.

Mix everything well and pour it into the mold.

Fried chicken

 






INGREDIENTS:

° 1 kilo of chicken thighs (or any part you like)
°1 kilo of flour
°1 kilo of breadcrumbs
°5 eggs
° salt and pepper
°oil (for frying)

*Methods :

1.  Wash the chicken, add salt and pepper marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Putting flour and breadcrumbs in  separate bowl
3. Beat 5 eggs also set apart
4. Heat oil in a wok
5. Chicken at the bottom of the egg
6. Roll in flour
7.Deep in the bud again
8. Roll in breadcrumbs
9. Frying chicken to golden brown
10.When the chicken is already cooked, put on a plate with a tissue to wipe off excess oil

Fantastic Meatball Casserole

 






Ingredients:

°1 package (16 ounces) Barilla uncooked rotini pasta
°1 jar (25 ounces) marinara sauce
°3 cups of water
°1 package (14 ounces) fully cooked mini meatballs (cocktail size) (if using frozen meatballs, make sure they are completely thawed before using)
°2 c Kraft Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
°Optional: parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs (such as basil, oregano and parsley) for garnish

*PREPARATION:

Preheat oven 425 degrees F.
In  baking dish, combine un-cooked pasta, marinara sauce, water & meatballs. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
To unveil; stir.
Sprinkling mozzarella on top also baking uncovered for 10 more min

Fried Onion Burgers

 






Ingredients

8 slices of smoked bacon

4 hamburger buns

4 leaves of green leaf lettuce

1 tomato, sliced

4 slices of smoked cheese

For the patties:

450 g (1 lb) semi-lean ground beef

60 ml (1/4 cup) wheat germ

30 ml (2 tablespoons) chopped parsley

15 ml (1 tbsp) steak spices

1 beaten egg

Pour in the chipotle mayonnaise:

125 ml (1/2 cup) mayonnaise

15 ml (1 tablespoon) chopped chives

2.5 ml (1/2 tea cup) chipotle

Pour in the fried onions:

1 liter (4 cups) canola oil

1 egg

60 ml (1/4 cup) milk

5 ml (1 tea cup) chipotle

125 ml (1/2 cup) flour

125 ml (1/2 cup) panko breadcrumbs

1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) baking powder

2 large onions

*Preparation

In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the pancakes. Shape four patties about 2 cm (3/4 inch) thick with the mixture. Book at cost.
In another bowl, combine the ingredients for the chipotle mayonnaise. Book at cost.
In a large saucepan or deep fryer, heat the canola oil until it reaches 180°C (350°F) on a cooking thermometer.
In a bowl, whisk the egg with the milk and chipotle.
In another bowl, mix the flour with the panko breadcrumbs and the baking powder.
Cut the onions into 1 cm (1/2 inch) thick slices. Undo the slices two rings at a time to form large rings.
Dip the onion rings in the milk mixture, then drain. Coat the slices with the breadcrumb mixture. Shake. Fry a few onion rings at a time for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring, until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Meanwhile, preheat barbecue to medium-high.
On the hot, oiled barbecue grill, place the beef patties. Close the lid and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, until the inside of the patties has lost its pink color.
A few minutes before the patties are done cooking, place the bacon slices on the barbecue grill. Close the lid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
Open the buns and grill them for 1 minute on the top grill of the barbecue.
Spread the chipotle mayonnaise on the buns, then garnish with lettuce, a meat patty, tomato, cheese, fried onion rings and bacon.

Ingredients


1 potato
3 tsp creole spices
1 tsp black pepper
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tablespoon of celery crisps
1 tbsp parsley
1 cup of water
directions
Chop potatoes and carrots
Roast beef – season with ingredients and sauté in a pan over the stove
Arranged in a gratin plate
Adding water
Add more Creole spices to taste also cover with foil
Bake at 350 degrees for two and a half hours
Remove pan – adding carrots and potatoes
Return to oven and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes or as desired.

Peach pie

 







INGREDIENTS:


°six to eight freshly peeled and sliced ​​peaches

*INSTRUCTIONS

Step Two: Pour melted butter into center of 9 x 13 inch baking dish, do not spread butter around pan.


Third step: In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 1 cup of sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour the milk also the vanilla extract,


And stir to mix. Pour the mixture over the butter, but do not stir.


Step Four: Add the brown sugar, peach slices, and lemon juice to the pot over high heat. Stir constantly with sugar


Step Five: Pour the peaches over the mixture. Do not move.


Step Six: Bake for 40-45 minutes


Step 7: Serve warm, cold or with a spoonful of ice cream

Roasted cinnamon








Ingredients

2 slices of bread
2 tablespoons of butter
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven  400 degrees.
Spread the butter on both surfaces of each slice of bread.
Add plenty of brown sugar on top, enough to cover the top without showing the butter.
Sprinkle the cinnamon on top of the brown sugar.
Cook for about 5-6 minutes, then broil until the top of the brown sugar is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes.

Beef Liver and Onions

 







Ingredients:


°2 slices of beef liver

°20 cl of milk

°20g butter

°2 onions

°2 tablespoons of flour

°10 cl of veal stock

°salt pepper


*Preparation


1Rinse the liver slices. Place them in a hollow dish. Sprinkle them with milk. Let them marinate for 2 hours.

2Meanwhile, peel, wash and cut the onions into thin strips.

3Take a frying pan. Heat the butter and sauté the onions for 5 minutes while stirring. Add 10cl of veal stock. Continue cooking over low heat for 5 minutes. When the onions are soft, set them aside.

4Salt and pepper the slices of liver. Dip them quickly in flour. Cook them in the pan with a piece of butter for a few minutes on each side.

5When the liver has taken on a nice color add the onions to the liver to warm them up. After a few minutes, your dish is ready to be served!

6I accompanied my beef liver and its wilted onions with an onion purée! Enjoy your lunch!

Cabbages Rolls

 







Ingredients


°500g sausage meat

°1 onion

°1 garlic clove

°1 egg

°2 tbsp. Breadcrumbs

°2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil

°2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes

°20cl Tomato sauce

°Salt

°Pepper



*Preparation steps


Remove the stalk from your cabbage, remove the first leaves then strip it. Remove the large ribs from your cabbage leaves.

In a large pot, boil a large quantity of salted water. Immerse your cabbage leaves in portions of 4 and blanch them for 10 minutes. Refresh them immediately in ice water to maintain their beautiful color.

In a bowl, mix the sausage meat, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.

Assemble 2 cabbage leaves. Fill the center with stuffing then close to form a paupiette. Repeat these operations for the other rolls.

Remove the first skin from your onion and chop it. Pass your garlic clove through a garlic press to extract the pulp. Fry the garlic and onion in the olive oil with a little salt for 3 minutes, taking care to stir regularly to avoid any coloring.

Add the peeled tomatoes and the tomato sauce then continue cooking over low heat. Add salt and pepper.

Pour your sauce into the bottom of a baking dish. Place your stuffed cabbage rolls on this bed. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C for 50 minutes.

Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

 







Ingredients


°1 teaspoon cornstarch

°1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth (or beef broth)

°2 teaspoons olive oil

°1 small onion cut into cubes

°1 small green bell pepper, cut into cubes

°1 pound lean ground beef

°2 tablespoons ketchup

°2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

°2 tsp taco seasoning

°1/4 sp salt

°1/4 tsp black pepper

°1 1/2 cups sharp white cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

°6 hamburger buns


*instructions


Preheat the broiler.

In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch and broth together. Sit aside.

Heat the oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers. Fry for 3 minutes until cooked. Adding beef & continue to cook, breaking it up & browning it for other 3 min

Adding ketchup, Worcestershire, taco seasoning, salt, & pepper. Stirring in the broth and cornstarch & add to skillet. Simmer on low heat for 3 min, stir occasionally, until mix thick slightly.

Put a little mixture on the buns, cover with a quarter cup of cheese, then put it under the broiler until it melts, watching closely, so that nothing burns! (Alternatively, you can simply add the cheese with the meat mixture and stir until combined and melted.)

Serving warm with chips & Enjoy!

Fried apple or peach pie

 





+Required components:


°Chopped apple or peach. You will need 8 ounces.

°1 c wate

°1/3 cup of granulated white sugar.

°1 tablespoon of soft butter.

°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

°canned refrigerated flaky cookies; I used 1 can.


For frying, use vegetable oil.

Follow these steps to make these amazing pancakes:

Step 1 - Put the apples and water in a saucepan, then bring the mixture to a boil. Cover the heat and reduce the heat and cook the meat until tender, this takes about 30 minutes.

 

Step 2 - Once done, remove from heat and let cool, mashing gently if pieces are still fairly large. Next, you should whisk in the sugar and butter and then set the mixture aside.

 

Step 3 - If you are using fresh apples for the filling, you should put 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet and let it melt. Immediately add four peeled, cored, and diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and a teaspoon of lemon juice to the skillet, and simmer over medium heat for fifteen minutes, or until the apples are tender. 

 

Step 4 - Next, remove them from the heat, quickly mash them, and then let them cool completely.

 

Step 5 - On a floured surface, spread each biscuit in a circle about 5 inches in diameter. Next, divide the apple mixture evenly between the halves of each biscuit circle and top with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Make sure to wet the edges of the circles with water and close the pancakes by dipping your fingers in the water.

 

Step 6 - At this point you should fold the rectangle in half, making sure the sides are equal, then press the ends tightly with a fork dipped in flour to seal it shut.

 

Step 7 - When you're done, use a deep frying pan or heavy frying pan and fill it with oil to a depth of about ½ inch.

 

Step 8 - Next, immediately cook the pancakes in hot oil preheated to 370°F over medium-high heat until golden, flipping once. It's important to take your time with this step because you want the biscuits to be fully cooked.

 

Step 9 - Finally, dry thoroughly with paper towels. This recipe should yield ten pancakes.

Steak-Quesadillas!!

 





Ingredients:


°8 tortillas (corn or wheat)

°1 drizzle of olive oil

°1 onion

°2 peppers (1 yellow and 1 red)

°400 g ground beef 5�t

°1 C. paprika

°1 C. hot pepper

°salt

°pepper

°10 cl of tomato sauce (100 g)

°100 g grated cheese

*Preparation


Step 1 - Beef and pepper quesadillas Fry the chopped onion in olive oil. Adding peppers cut to strips and sauté. Cover and cook for a few minutes (I like them tender, if you like them crunchy just cook them for a few minutes).

 Step 2 - Beef and pepper quesadillas Add the beef, salt, pepper, spices and cook for a few minutes, stirring. When the beef is cooked, add the tomato sauce.

 Step 3 - Beef and pepper quesadillas Place a tortilla in a second skillet. Put cheese on one half of the tortilla (put the amount of cheese you want according to your tastes).

When the cheese is melted, place the beef + peppers preparation on the other half of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla in half.

 Step 4 - Beef and pepper quesadillas Cut the quesadillas into triangles and you're done! Perfect for a TV set 🙂

HOMEMADE LEMON MERINGUE PIE

 






Ingredients :


+For the shortcrust pastry:


°200g T65 flour

°100g butter

°5 cl of cold water

°1 pinch of salt

+For the lemon filling:


°25g cornstarch (cornflour type)

°2 large whole eggs + 3 yolks

°75g sugar

°20 cl lemon juice (4 lemons)

°zest of 1/2 untreated organic lemon

°30g butter

+For the meringue:


°3 egg whites

°150g icing sugar


*Preparation

FOR LEMON MERINGUE PIE

Preparation: 30 mins

Cooking: 25 mins

And here are the different steps to prepare my favorite lemon meringue pie:


For the dough

1. Put the flour, salt and butter into small pieces in a bowl. Crumble with your fingertips. Pour the water. Knead lightly so that the dough is homogeneous and form a ball.

2. Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge before using it, then roll it out, press it into a mold and prick the bottom with a fork.

3. Bake it blind for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).


For garnish

4. Dissolve the cornstarch in 5 cl of water. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the yolks and the sugar. Stir in lemon juice, zest and cornstarch.


5. Pour this mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Leave to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the cream thickens. Add the butter off the heat.

6. Spread the cream over the cooled pie crust.


For the meringue

7. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar little by little.

8. Using a piping bag, spread the meringue over the pie and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C to obtain a soft meringue.

Carrot Cake Cookies With Cream Cheese Frosting

 






Ingredients


+For the cookies:

°1 c white whole wheat flour

°1 tsp baking soda

°1/2 tsp salt

°1 1/2 t ground cinnamon

°1/8 t ground nutmeg

°1/4 c coconut oil melt

°1/2 c dark brown sugar

°1/4 c Powdered Sugar

°1 large egg

°2 teaspoons vanilla extract

°1 cup grated carrots

°1 old fashioned oat cutter

°1/2 c coconut flakes

°1/2 c raisins


+For the cream cheese frosting:

°1 oz cream cheese 

°1 c powdered sugar

°1 tsp Milk

°1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract


* Methods :


Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Line baking sheet with Silpat baking mat or parchment paper also set apart.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Put aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the coconut oil and sugars, mixing until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined. Then add the grated carrots. Mix until homogeneous.

Slowly add flour mixture until just combined. Stir in rolled oats, coconut and raisins.

Drop cookie dough by heaping tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookies are lightly browned around the edges and set. Remove cookies from pans; cool completely on wire racks.

When cookies are cooling, preparing cream cheese frost. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract in medium bowl. Spoon the frosting over the cooled cookies. Let the cookies sit until the frosting hardens. To serve!

Note: You can use whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour instead of white when wheat flour. Use the same amount.

Sugar and bacon baked beans

 







Ingredients:


10 slices bacon, cut in half


1 onion finely chopped


1/2 green pepper


Can 54 ounces pork and beans or equivalent cans small


4 tablespoons ketchup


1/4 cup molasses


2/3 cup brown sugar


1/4 cup vinegar juice


2 teaspoons dry mustard



Prepare:


Cook the bacon about halfway through (the way you like it), and set it aside to drain on a paper towel. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and set rack to lower middle rack position. In a deep skillet, heat about 2 tablespoons of bacon fat (or butter) over medium heat. Add chopped onion and green pepper and saute for 5 minutes until softened. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until well combined. Let the mixture simmer for a minute or so. While the mixture is simmering, grease a 13" x 9" baking dish. Pour the beans into the prepared baking dish and place the cooked bacon on top of the beans. Bake for 2-3 hours, depending on the consistency you want. Let the beans stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Kentucky Butter Cake

 






Ingredients


+For the cake:

°1 cup softened unsalted butter

°2 cups Powdered sugar

°4 large eggs, room temperature

°1½ teaspoons vanilla extract

°½ teaspoon almond extract

°3 cups all-purpose flour

°1 teaspoon baking powder

°½ teaspoon baking soda

°½ tsp table salt

°1 Cup Buttermilk

+For the butter sauce:

°1 cup of sugar

°¼ tsp kosher salt

°½ cup cubed butter

°¼ Cut the water

°½ teaspoon almond extract

°2 teaspoons vanilla extract

+For the Strawberries & Cream:

°1 pint Fresh strawberries washed, dried, hulled and chopped

°1 pint Heavy Cream

°2 tablespoons icing sugar powdered sugar

°½ teaspoon vanilla extract or frangelico liqueur


*Instructions


For the cake:

Grease and flour (or spray with nonstick cooking spray) a 10-inch tube pan. Adjust oven rack to middle position & heat oven to 350°F.

In the bowl of an electric mixer, add the butter and sugar. Cream the mixture, on high speed, until pale yellow and light and frothy, about 3-4 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Adding vanilla & beat to incorporated.

In another large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Beat well after each addition.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack set over wax paper or parchment paper and let cool 15 minutes in the pan.
Run a knife around the inside edge and around the edge in the center of the tube. Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it upright on the wire rack to cool further.
Poke holes in hot cake and evenly spoon ¼ cup butter sauce over cake, let stand 5 minutes. Repeat the procedure two more times and brush any remaining sauce over the sides of the cake. Let cool completely and serve with a large dollop of strawberries and cream.

For the butter sauce:
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, salt, butter and water. Whisk until the butter is melted and the sugar and salt are dissolved. Remove from the heat and whisk in the almond and vanilla extracts.
For the Strawberries & Cream:
Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and flavoring to the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip until stiff peaks form and transfer to a medium bowl. Stir in chopped strawberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Baked Donuts Recipe

 






*Ingredients: For 12 donuts


+For the donut dough:

°15 cl lukewarm milk

°55g caster sugar

°12 to 15 g of fresh baker's yeast

°30 g softened butter

°1 teaspoon of salt

°1 egg

°310g flour

°1 teaspoon orange blossom water

+For decoration:

°85g sugar

°1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

°50g melted butter

°Light baked donuts (without frying)

*Preparation :


In the bowl of a food processor, mix the lukewarm milk with the sugar. Dissolve the crumbled yeast in the milk. Let stand 10 minutes. Add the butter, salt, then the beaten egg. Pour the flour, mix and work the dough with a kneading robot equipped with hooks.

Cover the dough with a cloth and let rise until doubled in size.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to about 1cm thick. Cut out circles of about 7 cm using a cookie cutter. With a smaller cookie cutter (or a piping bag), make holes in the center of each circle. Place the donuts on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bake the donuts for 8 to 10 minutes. Melt the butter.

Take the donuts out of the oven and let them rest for 2 minutes. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon. Dip the still warm donuts in the melted butter on both sides, then pass them in the cinnamon sugar, then place them on a wire rack.

Taste the donuts warm or cold or filled with jam, chocolate, compote, pastry cream..

Apple Pie Enchiladas

 






Ingredients


°2 cans (595 grams) apple pie filling, coarsely chopped

°1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

°1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

°1 (227 grams) package reduced-fat cream cheese

°A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing brown sugar

°1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

°10 small flour tortillas

°A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing brown sugar

°A cup with a capacity of 130 ml containing brown sugar

°80 liters of water

°A cup with a capacity of 80 ml containing butter

°1 tablespoon cornstarch

°1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract



*Preparation


Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (200°C).

In a bowl, combine apple pie filling, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and nutmeg.

Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and 0.25 tsp cinnamon in separate bowl until well whipped and smooth. Stir apple pie mix into cream cheese mixture.

Spoon apple-cream cheese mixture into each tortilla; wrap tortilla around filling. Arrange rolled tortillas, seam side down, in 1-inch baking dish.

In a saucepan, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, water, butter, cornstarch and vanilla extract. bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Spread sauce over rolled tortillas.

Bake in preheated oven on top rack until enchiladas are bubbly, about 50 minutes.

Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake









Ingredients :

°2 apples
°50g sugar
°100 g fresh cream
°135g flour
°1⁄2 packet of yeast
°3 eggs
°50g salted butter
+For the caramel
°5 tbsp sugar
°1 tsp of water

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).

2ND STEP
Prepare a blond caramel with the sugar and water.

STEP 3
Whisk together the eggs and sugar, without whitening them.

STEP 4
Add sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

STEP 5
Add the butter previously worked in ointment and then add the fresh cream. Mix well.

STEP 6
Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.

STEP 7
Pour the caramel into the bottom of a round mold (previously buttered and lightly floured) and arrange the apple slices on top.

STEP 8
Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

STEP 9
Let cool before unmolding.
